Maintenance Tech II
Completing work assignments for all electrical, air conditioning, heating, plumbing, appliance, grounds, custodial and general repairs as directed/requested from staff, owners/guests, or company-owned facilities. This position is for the 3 pm to 11:30 pm shift.
Maintenance Tech III
Completing work assignments for all electrical, air conditioning, heating, plumbing, appliance, grounds, custodial and general repairs as directed/requested from staff, owners/guests, or company-owned facilities. Must have two years minimum of carpentry, electrical, air conditioning/heating, and painting/plumbing along with EPA certification.
Housekeeper
Applicant must have familiarity with general building cleaning, previous hotel experience a plus. This position requires you to work independently, have good decision making skills, strong attention to details, strong communication and customer service. Nail Tech – part time
Fulfill guest manicure, pedicure and paraffin needs both directly through hands on treatments or indirectly through product knowledge advice or product sales. Perform all services in a professional and responsible manner in accordance with Vacation Therapy standards and Florida Statutes.
Asst. Activities Manager
Responsible for assisting the Manager in the operation of the resort recreation department. May be responsible for pool facilities, lifeguards, marina and/or dock operations, lake or aquatic safety patrol, watercraft rental, water transportation, fitness center, recreation equipment rental, tennis operations, recreation programming, arcades, or other aspects of resort recreation. May also manage third-party vendors providing resort recreation services.
Guest Services Associate
The Guest Services Representative is responsible for completing daily Front Desk functions. Ensuring that all Owners and Guests receive efficient and courteous service; making them feel welcome during their entire stay through a proactive and positive attitude. The Guest Service Representative also completes special projects and duties as assigned.
Bartender
Mixes and serves alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks to patrons of bar. Takes orders from customers or Bar Waiter/Waitress. Mixes ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks. Serves wine and draught or bottled beer. Collects money for drinks served. Orders or requisitions liquors and supplies. Arranges bottles and glasses to make attractive display. Slices and pits fruit for garnishing drinks and replenishes bar snacks.
